I'm English so Thanksgiving isn't something I get to celebrate. Believe me, I wish I could, I've seen all the yummy food you get to eat! It also seems like a lovely Christmas warm-up! Anyway, I have a lot of American friends here and last year one of them even had my boyfriend and I round for thanksgiving dinner. My first ever and the first time I tried pumpkin pie! A travesty, I know! This year I was thinking it would be fun to paint my nails with a cute thanksgiving nail art design. When browsing the internet I came across the cutest nail tutorial that I'd love to try. I thought I'd share it with you guys, it's a Turkey!
Isn't it so cool and cutesy! I'm hopefully going to give it a go. If the turkey's aren't really your thing then there was another couple of thanksgiving suitable designs that looked great. A kind of leaf pattern and a simple criss-cross pattern that's meant to look like cherry pie I think! You can check them out and see the full Thanksgiving nail art tutorials on the Refinery 29 website.

I couldn't do these because my yellow had gone all gloopy and yuck. I hate when nail polish does that.
ReplyDeleteI did a cute variation on a french manicure instead. Not very thanksgiving at all but I'll post a pic of it in the next few days anyway.
Thanks for all the comments lovely ladies! I hope you all are having a wonderful thanksgiving with your nearest and dearest! :)
