Merry Christmas lovelies!
Today I'm spending time with my family and enjoying the one day when it's totally okay to eat as many chocolates as I really want to.That applies for you too, yep!
I have a confession though....yesterday I was naughty, I opened a Christmas present early! I had a feeling I knew what it was, in fact, I pride myself on being one of the best present guessers ever and my skills didn't let me down this time.
|Zara gold studded leather bag|
I'd spotted the beautiful black leather and gold studded bag immediately when I walked into Zara back in Seoul. My lovely fiancee had insisted I shouldn't buy it since Zara in Korea is massively overpriced and I was heading home a few days later. Of course when I got to England it was nowhere to be seen in the stores. Turns out though, he'd actually told his parents about it and they bought it for me for Christmas. Brill pressie, huh?!
I love it and I think it'll become a firm favorite because it's a great size, perfect for day and night. I'm currently a sucker for a bit of studded detailing to add an edgy touch to an outfit look too. It's available online at the Zara website here.
I opened it because I was heading out for dinner with my mum, my good friend and her mum (who also happens to be my mums friend now, great for double date nights). That's a valid excuse for why I did, right?!

My mum wore a beautiful black lace dress (isn't she cool?!) by Gallery at Dunnes. It looks like a really expensive dress, but isn't really. (Here I am just sharing her secrets with the internet, ooops!) I'm considering buying one for myself now. You can see it here under the dresses tab. My blouse is from a small shop in Korea but there's a similar one available here.

|Illamasqua Nail Varnish - 'Spartan'. Perfect festive polish.|
This Illamasqua nail polish was a great compliment to my outfit, adding lots of Christmassy sparkle. Illamasqua hasn't made it to Korea yet but I'd heard and read a lot about it. I was finally able to visit their store in Leeds on Friday. They have some amazing things including this polish. It's a gorgeous very sparkly gold glitter polish. You need two coats to get an even coverage but it comes off surprisingly easily for a glitter polish. It's apparently chip resistant too but I'll have to let you know how that goes, so far so good though! You can shop their products online too.
I snapped a photo of the gorgeous tree in the Victoria Quarter in Leeds when I was shopping. I just love how pretty everything is at Christmas. I really enjoy going in to the city for a last minute spot of shopping or even just to soak up the atmosphere, it feels so festive.
