And The Winner Is... Deborah Lippmann Giveaway

The Deborah Lippmann Giveaway is closed now and there is a winner! It took me a while to get one because for the sake of being fair I had to write everyones names down to give you all the entries you'd made. That's because, once again (you'd really think I'd learn!)
