You might get a little idea of how disorganised and hectic January has been for me by the fact I'm only just showing you my Marc Jacobs 'Rock' watch which I received for Christmas. Yes, it's taken me a whole month to take some photos to show you my new wrist candy. But trust me, it's not for lack of love, I adore this watch. I'd spotted it some time ago and put it on my Christmas wish list. There's a few different colour options including a beautiful rose gold that I considered, but in the end I decided the gold with silver and white accents was best suited to me.
It's a wonderfully weighty, chunky gold watch. I don't know about you, but I love my watches to feel heavy and solid. And of course, like almost every accessory for me, oversized is always a winner!
This watch has been on my wrist almost everyday since I received it including yesterday, a sloppy Sunday running errands. I like to think that by pairing it with a couple of my favourite bracelets it somehow stops me from looking like a total scruff even when the rest of my outfit comprises of the first thing I pulled out of my wardrobe.

Love the watch. I really need to invest in a Marc Jacobs or MK one. I brought my boyfriend a Michael Kors one for his before last year and I was so surprised how heavy but sturdy it was.

Yes, I picked up a MK one for my boyfriend as a nice casual option. I was so surprised at how good the quality felt. I guess I was kind of expecting that you pay for the name of them a little but that wasn't the case at all.

DeleteI add glitter to just about every manicure these days. I actually always start off thinking I'll keep my mani plain for a nice change and after a day I end up adding some kind of glitter. Such a sucker for some sparkles! Hehe
