Jakarta Life // At The Mall

Yesterday was a mall day. In Jakarta much of life outside your home is spent in malls, everything is there - the shopping, dining, cafes and the supermarkets. It can be good thing and a bad thing; you can get everything done in one go, but sometimes it gets monotonous.

I wore my new favourite blouse, a find from good old Dorothy Perkins. It's long (enough to cover the derrière), flowy and covered in cute little hearts - perfect, expect to see it much more. The heart print version is not online for some reason, but an equally sweet daisy print version is.

The Mr and I first went for coffee, where he proceeded to torment me by choosing an incredible looking cherry milkshake whilst I had a nice sugar-free Americano. I've embarked on the 'I Quit Sugar' program as you'll know if you follow me on Instagram - if you don't, why not? :P 

After coffee, we browsed the shops, chatting happily as we wandered. I finally found a pair of pointed black flats that I've been needing for a while. The little gold bumble bees are such a cute and interesting addition. Best thing, they're on sale now from ALDO.

A little later, we decided to head for early dinner, sushi dinner! We always go to Sushi Tei, it's a popular chain here, and our absolute favourite! Many plates later, with full tummies, we slowly made our way to the supermarket to pick up some groceries. It's always better to shop when your full, much easier to avoid the naughty purchases, don't you think?!
