This is a super quick post. Something of a rarity for me, I know. For the last three nights in a row I've gone to bed super late and now, probably in part because of that, I'm getting sick again. So it's an early bedtime for me tonight. Before I go I wanted to show you the Halloween nails I opted to do.
A little while ago I posted about Halloween nail art ideas I'd been looking at. If you didn't read it you can read it here. There's a lot of cool ideas there. I don't usually paint my nails with gimmicky type nail designs but since it's Halloween I thought it'd be fun for a change. Anyway, I finally decided I liked the cute ghost design the most. Perhaps because it looked the easiest too. I adapted it a little by changing the base colors, I think orange and purple are good Halloweeny type colors.

They were actually very easy to do. Paint on your base coat then let it dry. Paint the ghost shape in the same way you would paint your nail only smaller. Wait for that to dry then use a nail pen to do black dots for eyes. If you don't have a nail pen try using a toothpick or pin dipped into polish. When it's all thoroughly dried seal the design with a top coat.
Letting it dry properly is really important because otherwise the black eyes will smudge across the white. Like you can see a little on mine. I always thought I was a patient person but I guess I'm not patient enough today.
So...do you like them? Are you going to try do Halloween nails on yourself?
